Creative Online Designer

Salary: £25k - £30k depending on experience
Position: Permanent
Start: March '08

We require a creative online designer to join the company with degree level education or equivalent in online media. You will have experience of working in an agency environment.

Your work will include examples of commercial projects that demonstrate a good understanding of online media and the modern internet. You must be organised, original and methodical in your design approach. You should be able to create fantastic design concepts that define a brand and appeal to the target audience. Your design skills will extend to being able to develop branding for businesses online and offline.

This position requires self motivation and discipline. We are looking for someone who is able to work under their own steam and be inspired by their surroundings on and offline. You will be used to working to deadlines and should be familiar to working under pressure. You will be working directly with the Creative Director as a close team on all of the accounts and you will ideally be looking for a position that will allow you to grow with a company that has big ideas and a forward thinking vision.

Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to work directly with clients where you will be able to take and understand a design brief.

Experience of print design, project management and client liaison would also help in this role.

Responsibilities:
Designing and producing compelling email campaigns
Designing and producing HTML/flash websites
Banner campaigns - GIF's, Flash
Developing company branding - logos, artwork, advertising
Liaising with clients
